Introduction . The article formulates the problems statement about equilibrium states in model of a generalized transport system city, consisting street and road network, centers mass gravity, places residence people, vehicles, as well users themselves, including passengers. solution these makes it possible to identify distributions elements over various subsets (a subset network; center gravity; trips certain type, etc.), depending on type vehicle, individual preferences, knowledge state other factors.At same time, is considered an object research within framework theory macrosystems. A set statements search for modelling objects has been compiled structural levels (scales) under consideration. Materials methods In this paper, macrosystems applied, which follows from wellknown scientific discipline - Among its tasks there are distribution whole. macroscopic systems, by definition, stochastic behavior large number transforms deterministic macro thus dynamic converter chaotic into parameters (phase variables) forming space small dimension.
